1. Training Services and Safety Waiver
- Nature of Training: Junk Yard Dog Extrication Training provides realistic, relevant, and cutting-edge advanced vehicle training for the fire service, including live simulations involving electric vehicle incidents, heavy vehicles, lithium-ion battery fires, and machinery rescue.
- Inherent Risk: You acknowledge that vehicle extrication and emergency response training are inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of property damage, personal injury, illness, or death.
- Prerequisites & Credentials: Certain advanced classes may require participants to be active firefighters, first responders, or rescue personnel. We reserve the right to verify credentials before confirming class placement.
- Liability Waiver: By enrolling in or attending our training sessions, participants and hosting departments assume all associated risks and agree to hold harmless Junk Yard Dog Extrication Training, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal actions arising out of injury or damage sustained during training.
2. Class Registrations, Inquiries, and Cancellations
- Registration: Registration for upcoming classes must be completed through our designated enrollment process. Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Department Hosting: Departments requesting custom or on-site classes (“Training That Comes to You”) must submit a Class Inquiry form. Specific hosting criteria, including required space, vehicles, and equipment, will be detailed in a separate hosting agreement.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to our official Cancellation Policy outlined on our site. Please review the specific cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility criteria before registering for a course.
3. Merchandise and Payments
- Product Pricing: Prices for merchandise and course fees are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or products at any time.
- Accuracy of Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Payment Methods: Payments must be made via our approved third-party payment processors. Course registration is not confirmed until payment or an approved department purchase order is processed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, training curricula, and instructional materials, is the property of Junk Yard Dog Extrication Training and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
